We are delighted to announce the latest update to Luxota AI Travel Portal, version 4.4. This release brings several enhancements, bug fixes, and improved user interfaces. Below are the details:







1. #Min/Max Days of stay in Charter Planner:

Agencies can now set pricing rules based on how many days their customers will stay in a destination

As a travel agency you may know certain airlines that offer special deals based on the number days a passenger will stay in a destination. These deals can be an advantage in your marketing strategy, and we got you covered. you can now change the price of your services based off of the maximum/minimum number of days a passenger stays in a destination and align your marketing strategy for success by offering special deals.

Reason for Implementation: Allowing agencies to handle special contracts based on the min/max days of stay.

2. #AFS Gateway Implementation:

Agencies now have access to a new gateway service and popular in Gulf area called “AFS”.

We are proud to introduce yet another gateway to our lengthy list of payment gateways to further enhance the travel agencies’ marketing power. 3. #Changing the description of charge transactions:

Accountants of Travel Agencies can now change the description of a charge transaction at any time.

Previously we implemented a change that allowed our customers to change the description of a Manual J-Entry in order to make sure that any mistake can be corrected properly. In this release we introduced the option of changing the description of an account charge transaction. Allowing Agencies to correct any mistake and add in any missing detail when it comes to charging the E-Wallet of a user

4. #Adding a built-in calculator to the cancelation pop up:

Seamlessly and easily calculate the amount you need to refund for every book, removing any needs for carrying a calculator.

Here at Luxota we make it our mission to provide a smoother experience for every travel agency, and every travel agency has to make hundreds, if not thousands of booking cancelation on a daily basis. So to provide a better experience for our customers, we added a calculator that can be used by directly entering the cancelation/service fees and pressing “Apply” to calculate the required refund amounts.
